Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Ahorradito. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What Ahorradito is
Ahorradito is a tool for recording and organizing your own finances. You create financial spaces, record income and expenses, categorize them, set budgets, and optionally share a space with people you trust.
What Ahorradito is not
It is not financial advice. Ahorradito shows you what you entered, arranged usefully. It does not recommend what to do with your money, and nothing in the application should be read as professional financial, tax, or legal advice.
It is not a bank. Ahorradito holds no money, moves no money, and connects to no bank account. The figures it shows are the ones you entered.
It is not an accounting system of record. Do not rely on it as your only copy of information you are legally required to keep.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country of residence.
Acceptable use
Do not use Ahorradito to break the law, to store content you have no right to store, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other people's data, or to disrupt the service for others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Shared spaces
When you share a financial space, you decide who joins and with what role. You are responsible for whom you invite. People you invite can see the contents of that space, and depending on their role may add to or change it. You can revoke access at any time.
Availability
We aim to keep Ahorradito available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what the service does, we will give reasonable notice.
Liability
Ahorradito is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on figures you entered. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Ending your use
You can stop using Ahorradito and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you materially breach these terms. On deletion, your personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is material, notify you in the application before it takes effect.
